The USA South Athletic Conference has released its 2011-2012 Academic All-Conference Team, and North Carolina Wesleyan is pleased to announce that 58 Battling Bishops have garnered recognition.
The USA South Athletic Conference inducted its 2012 Hall of Fame Class on Sunday, May 6th, in a ceremony held on the campus of Ferrum College. The legendary Dr. Raymond “Moe” Bauer represented North Carolina Wesleyan in the 2012 Hall of Fame Class.
The North Carolina Wesleyan Department of Athletics hosted its 47th Annual Awards Ceremony on Monday, April 16th, in the Garner Lobby of the Dunn Center. Coaches, staff and student-athletes came together to celebrate the accomplishments of both individuals and teams from the 2011-2012 season. Among those athletes and teams, NCWC boasted 50 USA South All-Conference selections, three USA South Championships, two Players of the Year, one Coach of the Year and one NCAA tournament berth.
