ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. - The N.C. Wesleyan Department of Athletics is officially kicking off its annual Cans Across the Conference food drive this Saturday afternoon at the Battling Bishops' football home opener. The Bishops, who are slated to take on Thomas More College at 12:00pm, will be donating this week's collection to "A Touch of the Father's Love", a ministry and food pantry in Battleboro, N.C.

General admission is $6 for adults, while faculty, staff, students, and children 6 & under are free. This Saturday, however, fans who donate 10 non-perishable food items will be granted FREE ADMISSION to the game. If you donate five items, you will get half off admission. Monetary donations will be collected at the ticket booth, while those with non-perishable food items may proceed directly to the entrance gates on either side of the field.

Be sure to come out to Rocky Mount Athletic Stadium to see the Bishops take on the Saints at 12:00pm Saturday afternoon, and please take this opportunity to give back to those in need!
