Fayetteville, N.C. - The USA South Athletic Conference has released its weekly basketball awards for November 24th, and North Carolina Wesleyan's Adrian Moore has been named the league's Rookie of the Week. The Plymouth, N.C. freshman guard helped the Bishops to a 2-1 record last week by averaging 9.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.7 assists per contest.
In a 79-51 win over Mid-Atlantic Christian, Moore tallied 12 points, four rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block. In a 59-56 loss to Hampden-Sydney, he pulled down five rebounds, while in a 75-65 victory over Shenandoah, he totaled a career-high 16 points with four rebounds, four steals and two assists.
