Fayetteville, N.C. - The USA South has released its weekly awards for September 19th, and North Carolina Wesleyan is pleased to announce that freshman Baboucarr Njie of men's soccer has earned the league's Rookie of the Week award.

Njie, a freshman from Washington, D.C., notched his first career hat trick in a 7-0 victory over Guilford in the team's only action last week. Njie scored the team's first, third and fifth goals of the match.
