ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. - The NC Wesleyan College women's basketball program is doing a fundraiser all month long during the month of February to raise money for the Kay Yow Cancer Fund by participating in the 2019 Play4Kay National Free Throw Challenge. 

Please log on to the Bishop women's Play4Kay website at https://pledgeit.org/northcarolinawesleyancollege-play4kay to make a pledge to support the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. This will be taking place all during the NCWC women's games in February including their away game at Peace University in Raleigh on Feb. 6 at 7:30 and during their home senior day game on February 9 vs. Meredith College at 4:00 PM.

The Kay Yow Cancer Fund's mission is to extend and improve the lives of those who are battling cancer, on our way to finding a cure, by raising money for research and assisting the underserved. Our team is partnering with the Kay Yow Cancer Fund by joining the Play4Kay National Free Throw Challenge! We are competing against other college basketball teams around the country to see who can raise the most money for those battling cancer.

You can support our team by pledging for every free throw we make during the month of February!

Follow our progress on the National Leaderboard. The team raising the most money will be crowned champion. All proceeds of the Play4Kay National Free Throw Challenge will benefit the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. Every pledge will make a serious impact on those battling cancer.
