Donte Samuels

Donte Samuels joins the Bishops coaching staff after spending 3 seasons at Wingate University. As an assistant coach there, Coach Samuels was involved with player development, scouting of opposing teams, and recruiting of prospective student-athletes, just to name a few.
A 2017 graduate of Coker University he earned a BS in Business Management and then earned his Masters Degree in College Athletic Administration in 2018.
As a player at Coker, Samuels was 1,000 point scorer, a 3-time All-South Atlantic Conference selection and a team captain. The Rocky Mount native has been around the Wesleyan program since being a basketball camper as a youngster.
