Meredith Mize, N.C. Wesleyan (February 24, 2020) - The shortstop from Edenton, North Carolina was a combined 9-for-12 (.750) with a .769 on-base percentage and a 1.167 slugging percentage to go along with eight runs scored, seven RBI, three doubles, one triple and three stolen bases as the Battling Bishops posted a 4-0 record.

In a doubleheader sweep of Shaw, Mize was a combined 6-for-7 with four runs scored, three RBI, two doubles and two stolen bases. In a doubleheader sweep of Elizabeth City State, Mize was a combined 3-for-5 with four runs scored, four RBI, one double, one triple and one stolen base.

 

This past week the senior shortstop helped the Lady Bishops to a split with D-2 Barton and she will next lead her team into a doubleheader on the road against Carolina University in Winston-Salem on Thursday.
