Wilson, NC - The NC Wesleyan Men's Golf Team participated in the Barton Intercollegiate Tournament held at the Wilson Country Club this week. It was an exciting event that saw some great performances from the Bishops

Lucas Perez was the standout performer for Wesleyan finishing tied for 26th place overall. He managed to shoot a consistent 77 in all three rounds of the tournament, which is no small feat given the challenging conditions on the course.

Santiago Larumbe was the second-best performer for the Bishops and shot a commendable 77 in the opening round of the contest. Though he couldn't quite match that score in the subsequent rounds, he still managed to put in a solid performance over the course of the tournament.

Overall, the NC Wesleyan Men's Golf Team put in a respectable showing at the Barton Intercollegiate Tournament, showcasing their skills. It was an excellent opportunity for the team to gain valuable experience and build on their performances for the rest of the season.
