Men’s Tennis Begins 2023 Campaign #8 In Nation

Rocky Mount, N.C. - The North Carolina Wesleyan Men's Tennis program is expected once again to have an exceptional season by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, which is the governing body of collegiate tennis.

With a great slate of matches this season including three against D2 and D1 programs, the Bishops look to dominate on the court in 2023. The #8 Bishops are coming off a tremendous 29-5 campaign that came to an end in the NCAA Regionals.

The Bishops will also have the opportunity to seek revenge on Tufts University, who eliminated the program in the regionals last season.

The ITA is different than other sports in that it also releases regional rankings for the respective schools which has the Bishops tabbed #3 in the Atlantic South Region behind Emory and Johns Hopkins.

The Bishops are led this season by Albie Brice who enters his 6th season with the program with a combined 103-74 record.
