A native of Prince George, VA, Frankie Moore played for the Bishops Baseball team from 1983 through 1987 as a pitcher racking up 27 career wins and an .843 winning percentage. This included going 11-0 in 1987 to complete back-to-back years of 11 wins as he also recorded 11 in 1986. Moore currently ranks second at NCWC in single season wins with 11 and is tied for first in winning percentage (1.000). For his career, Moore is tied for 4th in school history with those 27 wins and is 5th all-time at Wesleyan in winning percentage (.843).

Moore was named all-conference and All-American in '86 and '87 as well as winning the NCWC Outstanding Male Athlete in '87. He graduated in 1987 with a B.S. in Business Administration and currently works for Evonik Corp., a large chemical manufacturer in Hopewell, VA. Moore has been married for 25 years and has a son that is currently a junior at Longwood University (Va.).
