The USA South Athletic Conference will once again turnover its Instagram account to select teams on specific weekends throughout the 2019-20 athletic year. Beginning with nine weekends this fall, certain teams will have the opportunity to share their experiences, through pictures and videos, while competing away from their respective campuses. This is the fifth year the USA South will conduct its "Instagram Takeover" initiative.

This weekend's takeover, October 11-13, will feature the N.C. Wesleyan men's and women's cross country  teams as they travel to Orlando, Florida for the Disney Cross Country Classic. The Battling Bishops will compete on Saturday, October 12.

The Wesleyan Cross Country teams will also host the 2019 USA South Championships on their home course on Nov. 2 at 11:00 AM.
