Bishop Women Set to Host Conference Tourney First Round

Rocky Mount, N.C. - The 2016 USA South Conference Women's Soccer Tournament is set to get underway on Wednesday, October 26th, and as the East Division's #4 seed, the Battling Bishops will host #5 seed Averett University at Scalf Field. The match is slated for a 2:00pm start.

No pass lists will be honored for this USA South event. Tickets are $6/person, $3/student with ID. The NCWC Student Affairs office has graciously offered to pay for the first 50 students in attendance. A sign-up sheet will be available at the ticket gate beginning at 1:00pm.

This is the third meeting between the Bishops (10-5-2) and Cougars (9-9) this season. NCWC won the first two meetings 1-0 in Danville and 4-0 in Rocky Mount. Both live statistics and video will be available via www.ncwcsports.com
