Women's XC Picked to Finish 4th in Pre-Conference Poll

Women's XC Picked to Finish 4th in Pre-Conference Poll

The USA South Athletic Conference's women's cross country coaches have released their spring 2021 pre-conference meet polls. Each divisional poll only includes votes from coaches within that particular division-only. Head coaches do not vote for their own teams in the balloting.

Due to complications stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 women's cross country seasons were postponed until the spring semester. Despite the delay to the start of the season, the USA South is prepared to offer a championship experience for its student-athletes despite the NCAA's cancelation of national Division III events.

The Spring 2021 USA South Women's Cross Country championships will consist of an East Division Championship Meet and a West Division Championship Meet. The West Division meet will take place on Friday, February 26 at Greenbrier Cross Country Course in Grady, Alabama.

The East Division meet will take place on Saturday, February 27 on our campus at N.C. Wesleyan College in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. The Lady Bishops were chosen to finish 4th out of 7 teams with 25 points in the East Division balloting with one first place vote.
