Raleigh, N.C. - Senior Kourtney Salisbury turned in her second career double-double on Tuesday night, dishing out 12 assists and pulling down 10 rebounds to help lift her Bishops to a 76-66 road win at Meredith College. Wesleyan has now won three straight contests to even the Bishops' record at 11-11 on the season, 9-7 in USA South action.

Holding a slim 34-30 lead late in the first half, seniors Tiffany Bell and Monet Edwards drained back-to-back treys in the final 30 seconds of the period to send Wesleyan into the break up ten, 40-30. The Bishops proceeded to open up the second half with an 11-3 run that gave them their biggest lead of the game, 51-33, at the 17-minute mark.

Meredith battled back to get as close a three points on two occasions, the latter coming at 60-57 with 8:42 remaining. Edwards answered with a pair of jumpers to push NCWC back up by seven, igniting a 16-3 Bishop run over the next five minutes that essentially put the game out of reach.

Edwards finished with 15 points on the night, while Bell and freshman Kenyata Harris netted 21 points apiece.

The Bishops will play their fourth game in five days tomorrow night when they travel to league rival Methodist University. Tip-off is slated for 5:30pm in Fayetteville.
