Women's Basketball had two Named to All-Conference Teams

The USA South Conference has released their Women's Basketball all-conference teams for the 2018-19 season. Two Bishops were named to the teams and they include sophomore guard Kayla Johnson and senior forward Weslie Young

Johnson, who led the team by averaging 13.3 points/game made the Second Team all-Conference while Young was named to the Conference All-Sportsmanship team. Young also averaged nearly 6 points/game and 8 rebounds/game and again leads the team in academics, majoring in sociology. She is also a 3x time academic all-conference member as well.

NC Wesleyan finished the season suffering a tough overtime loss to Mary Baldwin University in the Conference Tournament First round last week, 114-108 to finish their season 11-5 and 9-7 in conference play.
