Greensboro, N.C. - In Wednesday night's USA South men's basketball action, the Pride of Greensboro College used a late 14-3 run to pull away from visiting North Carolina Wesleyan for an 89-77 victory. Greensboro improves to 9-4 overall, 2-0 in league play, while the Bishops now stand at 6-8 on the season, 0-2 in conference action.
For the Bishops, junior Julian Martin poured in a career-high 17 points.
Wesleyan continues USA South play on Saturday when the Bishops travel to Averett University. Game time is slated for 4:00pm in Danville, Va.
