Kansas City, Mo. - The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) has released complete rosters for the 2013 Reese's Division III Men's Basketball All-Star Game, and North Carolina Wesleyan is pleased to announce that senior Brandon Givens was one of two players selected from the South Region. A First Team All-Region selection and the 2013 USA South Player of the Year, Givens led the nation in scoring this season en route to becoming the first Battling Bishop in history to garner an All-Star selection.

The East and West All-Star Teams are composed of two senior student-athletes from each of the eight regions in Division III. Players are nominated by coaches and selected by a regional committee. Givens was chosen after wrapping up what will likely be considered the best individual statistical season in Wesleyan history. The Ruffin, S.C. native set new program records for single-game points (50), points in a season (724) and scoring average (26.8). He becomes the first player in program history to eclipse the 700-point mark in a season, while his 265 rebounds rank third all-time.

This year's All-Star game will be held Saturday, March 23, at 3:30pm (EDT) prior to the NCAA Division III semifinals at the Salem Civic Center in Salem, Va. The game will feature a live webcast accessible via http://www.ncaa.com/liveschedule/.
