Fayetteville, N.C. - The USA South has released it men's basketball weekly awards for September 16th, and North Carolina Wesleyan's Tamell Bradham has been tabbed the league's Rookie of the Week. This is the first award of Bradham's career.
Bradham, a freshman guard from Fayetteville, led the Bishops in scoring in the team's only game last week, a 91-50 victory over Mid-Atlantic Christian. Bradham scored 19 points, grabbed three rebounds, dished out one assist and collected one steal in the win.
