Bishop Duo Sweeps USA South Awards for a Second Time

Rocky Mount, N.C. - The USA South Athletic Conference has released its weekly basketball awards for December 12th with N.C. Wesleyan's Adrian Moore and A.J. Frye sweeping honors for a second time this season.

Men's Basketball Player of the Week
Adrian Moore, N.C. Wesleyan - The junior guard from Plymouth, North Carolina tallied a double-double by scoring a career-high 34 points and collecting a career-high ten steals in an 86-74 win over Mid-Atlantic Christian in the team's only contest last week. Moore also added five rebounds and five assists en route to his third award of the season.

Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week
A.J. Frye, N.C. Wesleyan - The Wilmington, North Carolina freshman center notched a double-double of 17 points and a career-high 11 rebounds in an 86-74 win over Mid-Atlantic Christian in the team's only contest last week. Frye also added a career-high five assists and one steal in the victory. This is his second award of the season.
