The USA South Athletic Conference has announced its 2020-21 All-Conference awards for men's basketball. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the shortening of seasons within the fall and winter sports, in addition to the cancelation of NCAA Championship events, the Conference will be limiting the All-Conference honors to First and Second Team All-Divisional recognition. Additionally, for this season, there will be no individual "of the Year" awards. Finally, the USA South will however still recognize an All-Sportsmanship Team consisting of one member from each competing school as selected by their team.
All awards are voted on by the men's basketball coach at each institution. Due to the imbalance of institution's abilities to compete in non-conference contests, only statistics generated in USA South contests were taken into account by the coaches when casting their votes.
The East Division Regular Season Champion Battling Bishop men's team was led by leading scorer and All-Division First Teamer Damon McDowell. McDowell, a senior wing, led Wesleyan with 24 points per game on the season while shooting over 42 percent from the three-point arc.
A duo of junior forwards then were named to the All-East Division second team as Isaiah Lewis and Sal-Bey Young were honored. Lewis averaged nearly 13 points/game and nearly 7 rebounds while Young averaged 7 points and 6.8 rebounds.
Wesleyan went 8-2 in the division this season and 11-6 overall falling to Averett in the Divisional Semis.
