Wesleyan Hosting Numerous Camps This Summer

Lots to Do at NCWU

North Carolina Wesleyan University has a long history of hosting several great summer camps for youth in our area. If your kids are already getting stir crazy and restless this summer, we have the solution. Many of the camps are offered by our Athletic Department in a variety of sports including men's and women's basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis and soccer. Our Battling Bishop coaches and players provide instruction for all skill levels, beginner to advanced. In addition, our campus will host other camps from groups around the state including United Pentecostal Church International Youth Camp, United Methodist Church Breakaway, Cary Christian Football Camp and Athens Drive Band Camp returning for their 27th year.

Our men's basketball program kicked off the summer with their first camp held last week from June 6-10. They will hold another camp next week from June 13-17 for ages 6-18.

The camp will take place from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and will include a pro-style workout, position specific instruction, and Rapsodo® for all bullpens.
