Fayetteville, N.C. - The USA South Athletic Conference has released is weekly baseball awards for February 18th, and North Carolina Wesleyan sophomore Hatteras Brooks has been tabbed the league's Pitcher of the Week.

The Washington, North Carolina right hander earned a complete-game victory in an 8-1 win over USA South rival Methodist in his only appearance on the mound last week. Brooks tossed nine-complete innings, allowing one run on six hits with no walks and seven strikeouts to earn the win.
