Men's Soccer Reveals 2020 Schedule

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. - The 2019 USA South Conference Champion NC Wesleyan College Men's Soccer program and head coach Meir Lewin have revealed their 2020 schedule for the fall. 

The Battling Bishops, coming off a championship 16-3-1 season and 12-1 record in conference play, will host seven home games, beginning with their home opener on Sept. 1 hosting non-conference foe Christopher Newport at 4 PM.

Wesleyan will then head to Fredericksburg, VA for the University of Mary Washington Classic on Sept. 5-6. Opponents to be announced for that tournament later this year. The Bishops will then stay on the road to face Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia on Sept. 12 at 2 PM before heading to Raleigh to battle rival William Peace on Sept. 15 at a time TBA.

The weekend of Sept. 18-19 will see them finally return home to host Berea College (Ky.) and Western Division rival Covenant College (Ga.) with each game slated for a 2 PM start.

After a weekend playing at Pfeiffer and Brevard on Sept. 26-27 at 1 PM, the Bishops will then return home in early October for a home weekend of games to host Piedmont and Maryville at 2 PM each on Oct. 3-4. 

NCWC will then head back on the road for 4 consecutive road games from October 10 through Oct. 17 to face Western foes Huntingdon and LaGrange Oct. 10-11 and Mary Baldwin and Greensboro on Oct. 15 and 17th.

Wesleyan will finish out their schedule hosting rivals Averett on Oct. 21 at 3 PM and Methodist University on Senior Day at 2 PM October 24.
