Driving in runs in game one were junior SS Meredith Mize on an RBI triple and an RBI single while fellow junior, CF Nichole Mooney also drove in 2 runs with RBI singles. Junior catcher Kayla Molivas also doubled in the final two runs in the 4th to put the game out of reach with the 8-run rule.

Preston then led the Bishops in game two as she threw her first career no-hitter in the win tossing 5 shutout innings with no hits and no walks with only a hit by pitch in the 5th inning her only mistake. She also corralled 5 strikeouts in the performance.

Offensively, Braswell and Molivas led with multi-hit games while Braswell and Mize each drove in 2 runs apiece with Mize's coming on her double in the third before Braswell made it 10-0 one batter later.
