ROCKY MOUNT, N.C.- The NC Wesleyan volleyball team cruised to a non-conference win over Mid-Atlantic Christian University (N.C.) in three sets at home Tuesday evening.

NC Wesleyan won a competitive first set 25-20 before cruising through the final two sets 25-12 and 25-13 to grab their 6th win of the season.

Wesleyan totaled 31 kills in the match with 43 digs and 12 total blocks and was led by  four different players with 5 kills each while setters Kelly Ammons and Makayla Jordan each had 13 assists. Jordan also added a team-high 3 aces and 8 digs.

Leading with 5 kills were sophomore Callie Cline and freshmen Haley Rising, Kendle Lambert, and Bijou Patel. Rising also led with 4 total blocks on the night.

NCWC, now 6-11, will next remain home to host USA South rival Methodist University (8-4) on Thursday evening at 7 PM.
