WHIG Features Volleyball and Women's Soccer

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. - Rocky Mount's local tv station, WHIG-TV, concluded another installment of their weekly 2019-20 live morning sports show featuring NCWC sports that airs every Wednesday Morning at 8:40 AM on WHIG-TV. The show is presented by Don Bulluck Chevrolet.

This week featured WHIG's Wayne Holloman interviewing Head Women's Soccer Coach Beverly Biancur and Head Volleyball Coach Vicky Gentile. Biancur discusses her past senior day/homecoming weekend where she not only honored her seniors but also the 1994 women's soccer final four team. The women will next take to the field tonight at Meredith College at 6:00 PM.

Gentile talks about her four seniors as well (Hannah Thrasher, Catelyn Cink, Haileigh Riesenbeck, and Kelly Ammons) as they will be honored on Saturday when the Lady Bishops host Averett and Methodist in a 12 PM tri-match.
