The USA South Athletic Conference has announced its 2021 All-Conference awards for women's lacrosse. Meredith swept the individual honors for the third time in program history as Lilia Cruz was named Offensive Player of the Year, Joy Deitrich took home Defensive Player of the Year accolades, Jessica Dowdy was named Rookie of the Year and their coach, Lauren Scott took home Coach of the Year honors. Finally, the USA South recognized an All-Sportsmanship Team, consisting of one member from each competing school.
All honors were determined by votes from the women's lacrosse coach at each institution. The divisional team voting was completed only by those coaches in the particular division. The first team all-conference and individual award voting were completed by all coaches.
