Men's Basketball Rookie of the Week


Khalid Chavis-Hinds, N.C. Wesleyan - The freshman guard from Greensboro, North Carolina averaged 16.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.0 steals per game as the Battling Bishops swept two games from USA South foe Greensboro last week. In a 96-83 home win, Chavis-Hinds totaled 16 points, four steals, three rebounds and two assists. In an 82-78 victory on the road, Chavis-Hinds posted 16 points, four rebounds and three assists.
