Fayetteville, N.C. - The USA South Athletic Conference has released its weekly awards for October 15th, and North Carolina Wesleyan's Sarah Olsowski was tabbed Rookie of the Week in women's soccer. This is Olsowski's first honor of the season.

Women's Soccer Rookie of the Week
Sarah Olsowski, N.C. Wesleyan - The Chesapeake, Virginia freshman midfielder tallied three goals last week as the Bishops posted a 2-1 record. In a 4-2 win over Hollins, Olsowski scored an insurance goal in the 65th minute. In a 4-2 loss to USA South foe Piedmont, Olsowski did all she could as she scored both Bishop goals. Finally, in a 3-2 victory over USA South rival LaGrange, Olsowski was held scoreless but did manage three shots.
