Rocky Mount, N.C. - The NCW women's soccer team won its fourth straight match with a 4-0 shutout of LaGrange on Sunday afternoon at Scalf Field. Seniors Sarah Olsowski, Nicole Liette, and Vanessa Batchelor were honored prior to the match.

Freshman Ericca Lenhardt proceeded to give the Bishops all the offense they would need with a score in the 42nd minute off an assist by Marissa Aguilar. Aguilar went on to tally a pair of goals in the second half, while freshman Mehli Marcellus wrapped the scoring with her first collegiate goal at the 71:53 mark.

Wesleyan has now out-scored its USA South opponents 24-0 during the four-game winning streak. With five saves on the day, Batchelor notched the sixth shutout of her career. LaGrange's Carly Farrow managed eight stops in net, as NCW out-shot the Panthers 19-8 in the match.

The Bishops (7-8-1, 5-6 USA South) wrap up their regular season slate on Wednesday when they host league-leading Meredith College. The match is slated for a 1:00pm start at Scalf Field.
