Moorhead Named Football Defensive Player of the Week

Football Defensive Player of the Week 


 Luke Moorhead, N.C. Wesleyan - The Monroe, Georgia junior linebacker accumulated a game-high and career-high of 16 total tackles, including three for a loss of yards, in a 30-21 loss to Shenandoah last week.

Moorhead totaled 12 solo tackles with four assisted takedowns including three tackles for a loss of six total yards. This is Moorhead's first weekly honor.

He will next lead the Bishops into their third consecutive home game to start this season when they host Brevard College this Saturday at Noon.
