Nissa Chillers is began her second season as the assistant on the N.C. Wesleyan women's basketball coaching staff after being hired in the fall of 2021. Chillers will also serve as Intramurals Director and as the TRC Director at Wesleyan.
Chillers graduated from Radford University (Va.) in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Strength and Conditioning.
Chillers helped lead Radford to a Big South Conference Regular Season Championship as well as a conference tournament Runner-Up finish. Chillers was a four-year letter winner leading the team in steals her senior year. Additionally, she was awarded the Player of the Game award during her senior year. Chillers was also named to the Dean's Honor list numerous times during her career as a student-athlete.
Chillers has also most recently served as the Dream Chasers Basketball Academy Player Development Coach for three years.
A native of Williamsburg, VA, Chillers graduated from Williamsburg Christian Academy in 2016 where she starred as a guard and was named High School Player of the Year during her senior campaign.
Chillers currently resides in Kinston, NC.
