After the completion of the regular season on Feb. 16, the seeding for the 2022 USA South Women's Basketball Tournament has been determined. The tournament consists of the top-five teams in each division in the Conference and is scheduled to begin on Saturday, February 19 with first round contests hosted by the divisional fourth seeds.
The top-three divisional seeds receive first round byes and will compete in the quarterfinals on Tuesday, February 22. The Defending East Division Champion NCWC women went 13-5 in the USA South's East Division this year to finish third while going 15-10 overall. They will now travel to the #2 seed Greensboro College on Tuesday evening for a 6 pm tip.
The semifinal and championship games will be played at the site of the highest-remaining divisional seed after quarterfinal round play on Friday and Saturday, February 25 and 26. If the highest-remaining divisional seeds own the same seed, the tournament semifinals and final will head to the East representative due to a predetermined rotation.
